Inspiration

My journey to find physical, emotional and spiritual healing has brought me the gift of trusting the empty space and silence within my own mind and heart. This is where I hear Spirit. This is where I feel Spirit. This is where I feel connected to my God self, my guide to the truth. In this place, I trust completely in the love as thoughts, words and visions flow freely through me. I have learned to trust this place and simply allow the power to move through me.

Over the past thirteen or so years, I have facilitated many circles of women and men on their spiritual quest. As we go inside as individuals, we are each able to feel the support of the group and that creates a safe place to touch ourselves inside in an even deeper way. Meditation, whether it is guided or in silence, brings an inner stillness where we can hear God speak. In this place within the emptiness, the experience is the love of the Beloved. As the Sufi poet Rumi says so beautifully, "Beyond all ideas of right thinking and wrong thinking there is a field, I'll meet you there."

This space within you and me is the same, but the way I express it is my gift to you, and the way you express it is your gift to me. I freely and joyously share the words of love that have brought me truth and taught me to live in a more conscious way. These words came from God. I believe they came through me so I can share the message with you. The words are simple, yet the depth of meaning is up to each to interpret.
